Checkbox VCC ® is an advanced system for managing telephone calls mostly used
in Call Centers or related industries. Thanks to the integration of telephony
and computers Checkbox VCC ® offers a wide range of facilities to its users.
Checkbox VCC ® is a web-based system which is quite simple to use and only
grequires the installation of a VOIP phone or softphone and any browser. Among
the features of Checkbox VCC ® includes: Predictive dialing, call routing, leads
administration, IVR, DID routing, real-time reports, historical reports and
more.
Checkbox VCC ® can be used in most of the destinations offered by Checkbox

Hosted Platform
Checkbox VCC ® is offered to our customers in a centralized manner, you do not
need any special hardware or server in your site, all running processes and
services are done from our servers in our Data Center. This provides the
facility to have remote agents, employee’s mobility, fast technical support, and
data security.
Inbound / Outbound
Checkbox VCC ® handles both incoming and
outgoing calls and offers a variety of options in each case.

you pay as you go. At a very minimal cost you can start dialing. The price of
Checkbox VCC ® is included in the price per minute of Checkbox Dialing Services
(CDS), for example if you have 6 agents and USA for destination (US $ S0.011 per
minute) and they consume 120 min. each day; you’ll spend about US $ 50.00 in a
